Annapurna Circuit is most popular trek within the Annapurna mountain range of central Nepal. The trek begins from Dharapani after long drive from Kathmandu via Besisahar. The trail passes along paddy fields and into subtropical forests, several waterfalls and local villages.
We will experience mountain scenery of the Annapurna Massif (Annapurna I-IV), Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre, Manaslu, Gangapurna (7455m) and Tilicho Peak (7134m). Numerous peaks of 6000-8000m in elevation rise from the Annapurna range.
Thi trek is also known as long distance and best trek in the world, as it combined wide variety of climate zones from tropics at 600 m to 5416 m (Thorong La pass, highest pass of the trek) and cultural variety from Hindu villages at the low foothills to the Tibetan culture of Manang Valley and lower Mustang.
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to to Dharapani (8/9hr.) Altitude 1860mtr.
Day 2: Dharapani to Chame (5-6hr.) Altitude 2670mtr.
Day 3: Chame to Upper Pisang (6-7hr.) Altitude 3300mtr.
Day 4: Upper Pisang to Manang (7-8hr) Altitude 3540mtr.
Day 5: Rest day for acclimatization
Day 6: Manang To Yak kharka (4-5hr.) High Altitude 4050mtr.
Day 7: Yak kharka to Thorongla Fedi Or high camp(4-5hr.) 4450mtr/4925mtr.
Day 8: Fedi to Muktinath via thorong pass (5416mtr)
Day 9: Muktinath to Kagbeni (4-5hr) Altitude 2810mtr.
Day 10: Kagbeni to Marpha (5-6hr.) Altitude 2670mtr.
Day 11: Marpha to Kalopani (6-7hr.) Altitude 2530mtr.
Day 12: Kalopani to Tatopani (6-7hr.) Altitude 1190mtr.
Day 13: Tatopani to Ghorepani ( 7-8hr) Altitude 2860mtr.
Day 14: Ghorepani to Tadapani (6-7hr) altitude 2630mtr.
Day 15: Tadapani to Ghandruk (4-5hr) Altitude 1940mtr.
Day 16: Ghandruk to Landruk (4-5hr) Altitude 1565mtr.
Day 17: Landruk to Dhampus (5-6hr) Altitude 1650mtr.
Day 18: Dhampus Fedi by bus to Pokhara
Day 19: Pokhara to Kathmandu by Tourist bus.
